Just wondering if runners commit 8 months or whatever to training for breaking 2 project, since they're not racing are they exempt from or not at risk for drug testing? Logically it doesn't seem like IAAF or WADA or their local government or whoever could test them if they're not signed up to race. Kind of wondered that too on last breaking 2 attempt if he had free range to dope. Wondering if anyone really knows the rules to this. Seems like they shouldn't be allowed to be tested.
