It's Thursday and no thread..
Alright my week went like this:
M: easy 4 miles @ 8:16
T: workout w coach. I forgot what I did.
W: off
T : several sprints up hills and easy perimeter jogs
F: off
S: Little Athletics meet
S: I did a 4.716 km run and did a 10 second PR! I ran a time of 17:49!
I'm happy how I'm improving a lot now. I'm in even better shape than ever before!
