Hello so I got a really bad virus in my intestines and they said I may be allowed to run again perhaps next week or the week following. I have already taken a week off. I am a college junior with sophomore eligibility, should I pack it in and grind for indoor and outdoor and just suck it up? My team would be better with me as I am #1 when healthy.
