You don’t realize it, but bs like you’re talking makes a mockery of the experiences of those of us who have suffered actual racism.
Some day you may understand.

Farah was virtually unbeatable (was unbeatable in championships) after the 10000m in 2011 until the 5000m in 2017. Coe had nothing comparing to that reign of supremacy. Also, he does have a world record.

Yea, that 8:03 indoor 2-mile world record is very impressive. -

Farah has never broken a recognised outdoor track World Record.
Coe lost just 4 races on the track in any race above 400m between 9.9.77 and 24.6.83. He ran a lot more races than Farah did on the track. Between Aug 78 and Sept 82, he lost just 2 races. -

"The mean Hct of the six subjects before rhEpo treatment was 45.7 ± 0.5%, increasing to 48.3 ± 0.8% within 1 week with the 35000 IU dose of rhEpo. After the 8 week intervention period, the mean Hct for the whole group was increased significantly to 51 ± 1% (Figure (Figure1).1). Three of the six subjects received full treatment dosage with a total of 70.000 IU rhEpo over 8 weeks, while two subjects were administered 67.500 and 62.500 IU, respectively. The remaining subject exhibited a strong response to the rhEpo injections, and received a total of 50.000 IU. Epo treatment increased VO2 max by 8.3 ± 2% from 54 ± 3 to 58 ± 3 ml·kg−1·min−1 (Table (Table1).1)."
strong respnder? hmmm he must just be the most gullible or mindweak of the bunch im sure of it, prob a racist as well
"The main finding in this study is that rhEpo treatment in humans increased skeletal muscle mitochondrial respiratory capacity."
so EPO is such a strong placebo it even tricks the mitochondria into making gains!!!
mmeehhh flax seed oil will do the same thing and for only $32 an injection.....oh shoot thats $32 for tea
That study should silence Jon O once and for all. -
Are you a Clergyman by chance? You sure talk a lot about faith on this site.

Are you suggesting they are doping while not believing it helps?
I note you are asking me a question about what I *believe* -- a faith based question.
A main difference between Jon and me: Jon talks about physiology and heat and power and energy -- something we didn't always see eye to eye -- while I talk about performance results, as measured by time over a known distance. -

Yes hilarious but JO will simply ignore it and focus on some other diversionary heat argument while Rekrunner will be along any moment now to claim that the test "wasn't conducted on elites." -
Exactly!

Jon O: The study is no good...it doesn't involve thermoregulation.
Rekrunner: The study only involves humans not elite athletes. Runners still take EPO soley based on "faith." Alleluia....Alleluia....Alleluia.....

You think he's 27? Have you looked at him?
No, you haven't. Watch this video. He looks young:

Essex? Hilarious. Listening to those guys talk is like nails on a chalkboard to me. 🤢 For the zillionth time people, I’m just a Kenyan fan of ahtletics, that lives in the Rift Valley but can’t run to save his life. The end. -

Yeah, the old:
"Sir, I only took it because I thought it would help with my malaria."
What malaria? -
I don't find studies that don't measure performance interesting.
Let me know when Hct and VO2max become an Olympic event.

On the contrary, I'd like to take faith out of the discussion.

Since the AIU is all about transparency, is a breakdown of their tests to date, by country, available? Who’s with me that they’re probably concentrating 99% of their resources exclusively on Kenya? Do you think they’d prioritise targeting a Laura Muir, or a Shelby Houlihan or the Ingebrigtsens? I have my doubts.

When you have "the greats" like Steve Cram to vouch for your innocence despite having missed three doping tests on the trot, there's not much point in turning up to test them. Low-hanging fruit etc.
