SJWs have realized that they can have much bigger impact by calling out left-leaning businesses and individuals, as these people are so scared of being called racist, homophobic, etc. that they will react spectacularly to any kind of attack (see recent thread on the Portland bakery).
If you called out any rational person for eating at Chic-Fil-A, they'd tell you to get f***ed and that would be the end of it. Fun to watch the far left getting devoured by its own creation. (And I say this as a someone left of center individual myself).
I am calling you out for eating at Chic-Fil-A. By spending money there you are condoning the homophobic rants of the company president and CEO. Get a backbone and skip the chicken for the sake of equal rights.
Moron!!! There are no rants. Plenty of personal accounts from all walks off life detailed how well their employees are treated. Other than In and Out (another Christian company) no fast food restaurant treats their employees better, gay employees included .

On June 16, 2012, while on the syndicated radio talk show, The Ken Coleman Show, Chick-fil-A president and chief operating officer (COO) Dan Cathy stated:
I think we are inviting God's judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at Him and say, "We know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage". I pray God's mercy on our generation that has such a prideful, arrogant attitude to think that we have the audacity to define what marriage is about.
If you agree with this guy then go ahead and eat his chicken.

In that Quote he is just expressing his disagreement same sex marriage. He is not advocating hatred of anyone.

It's a big stretch to call that a "homophobic rant". I don't agree with what he said, I will continue to eat Chik Fil A when I feel like it, and I will continue to more-than-offset that profit contribution to the owner's causes in my support of pro-LGBT organizations.
You cannot be a Democrat and a Christian. They do not co-exist.
Choose one...preferably the latter.
I like Chick Fil A. I will eat there without remorse, without the made up political controversy. I'm independent vote BTW.

That’s just like, your opinion, man.

“I believe that marriage is the union between a man and a woman. Now, for me as a Christian — for me — for me as a Christian, it is also a sacred union. God’s in the mix.”
Barack Obama - 2008
Yep. According to the new morality, Barrack Obama would qualify as a first class bigot up until around 2012. Mahatma Gandhi probably wouldn’t fair too well either if subjected to the critical evaluation of this new, more advanced, moral paradigm.

The great irony of this statement is that Democrats are far more likely to support policies that embody Christ's wishes than Republicans.

Especially killing babies in the womb. Christ was likely a huge supporter.

Bro, you can’t realistically run for office without claiming to be Christian. True- damn near all the young, college educated, urban dwelling folks I know are atheists- but few of them hate Christians. They just think it’s a quaint fairy tale, the failed scientific explanation of our ancestors. Many respect or are even jealous of Christians- heck, you guys think you’re going to be come immortal right?
Point is, the entirety of my parents generation of Democrats are church-on-Sunday types. Believe in Jesus, pray, etc. I got soooo much crap (the only atheist in a devout Christian school/community of 800 kids, urban setting, mostly Democrat parents) that i just have to say it’s inaccurate to lump cast the Democratic Party as Christian-hating. This is coming from someone who does loath religion and wishes political candidates were actually much more stridently outspoken against the Republicans horniness for theocracy.

Yep. Twitter shadow bans and selectively deletes the twitter accounts of people with whom they disagree. You live by censorship, you die by censorship.
Meanwhile, the other half of the country is chugging along based on competition and meritocracy. Straight white men are enduring college where they are demonized, and they come out of it strong, resilient, and ready for the work force (I borrow this observation from Jonathan Haidt, a left center social psychologist).
Those who instinctively test their ideas against evidence, and like to compete in the realm of ideas are going to out compete the SJWs. We're gonna win, and keep on winning, until the Left comes back to reality.

I remember Christ saying "give to Ceasar what is Ceasars." I don't remember the part where he says to demand that Ceasar confiscates money from people you don't like, so it can be redistributed to people you do like.
In fact, he says "give to God what is God's" (as opposed to what you give to Ceasar) Which infers that if you feel compelled to give charity to the poor, it is something you do of your own volition and conscience, and not because you want the power of Ceasar's sword to force the world to confirm to what you think is right.
It's that whole concept of separation of church and state that the founders decided to implement in the American experiment, and has lead to one of the most free, prosperous and tolerant societies the world has ever seen. But I know, I know, the founders were white colonists, so everything they thought, was part of the evil white supremacist patriarchy, right?

It is never that simple as you think it is. There different kinds of democrats and republicans. There are plenty of blue collar democrats that socially are fairly conservative but are economically liberal with unions, taxes, etc; who's beliefs would contradict nothing in the Bible. Whereas there are plenty of Republicans who do have beliefs that contradict and ones that do not.
Take it case by case, blanket statements do not help anyone.
