All the comments about the lack of fruits and veggies should be noted. The diet you posted is pretty low in certain vitamins and nutrients. Also, there is a lot of sugar in that diet. Probably not that big of a deal since you are young and active, but you should probably replace some of those sugar calories with better foods.
Lara bar - Not something I would eat regularly as a part of my normal diet. I consider them energy bars and I do use them for refueling during a long bike ride and the like. Lots of calories in a small package. Plenty of sugar and carbs.
Yogurt - What yogurt are you eating that is 200cal? A single plain yogurt is 100. Add fruit and sugar and you are up to 130-150cal. More sugar here with lactose and added sugars. I do think that yogurt is fine though. Unless you are lactose intolerant, then you can ignore the IBS comment. You may become lactose intolerant as you get older so keep that in mind.
Bagel thin - Carbs, sugar and maybe some fiber. Not much to say about this.
Banana - Your 135 cal estimate is probably a bit high unless you are eating some really big bananas. At least you are eating one type of fruit (besides the dates in the Lara bar and what little bit is probably in your yogurt).
Peanut butter sandwich - Could I consider it to include a vegetable since peanuts are a legume? More sugar here with the sweetening of the peanut butter and the bread.
It is good to see you keep up with the calcium. Being active and getting enough calcium while your can still add density to your bones will pay off later when your are older. You definitely could use more variety and should add vegetables and fresh fruit. Consider something like a plain yogurt with some fresh fruit mixed in to add flavor to the yogurt. There are probably a few vegetables that you do not like, but you should add some into your diet. Have a salad. Make a veggie snack like fresh broccoli, sugar snap peas, carrots, or some other vegetable that you can eat with a vegetable dip or dressing if you find they are too plain on their own. Fruits make a great snack too.
