trouble is, this may not necessarily apply. most people get that you wear a shirt and tie and a suit if you have one to a job interview, but that jeans and a t-shirt are fine for gardening. there is no evidence to suggest this difference should not be applied in other areas. for example, I painted my front door with a care and precision that was not shown on the ceiling of the broom cupboard and I lay the table and get dressed for dinner with my parents but eat tv suppers on my own in my underwear because I get to choose what's important and what isn't.
I think each poster is free to decide for themselves, on a post by post basis, whether LRC is a tv dinner or a romantic restaurant meal on a first date, and that folks who want to define the importance of LRC to everyone else and stipulate rules and regulations for poster behaviour are likely to be disappointed on a regular basis.
