For women, definitely Colorado. New Mexico and San Fran are loaded with Foreign runners. Dont see a single foreign female on Colorado's roster (im sure they will be called White Nationalists, oh well that is a good thing, Its OK to be white and an American).

Colorado is a great program. They recruit good runners and develop them over the years to produce winning results. The rules allow the plug and play team formation of other schools but I'm not sure why. The way things are now if a coach could convince the Kenyan women's junior team to attend their school an NCAA title would be a sure thing. I consider Colorado the true national champs.
