Where on earth is Adola Pulling these surges from?
I wonder if the announcers are reading this thread. They just said that they heard reports that Bekele dropped out but can't confirm it.

I think they are like 17 seconds back of what even WR split would be at 38k so they aren't going to get the WR.
Looks like 25m lead for Adola to me. 39.2km mark
It's over. Kipchoge finally dropped. What a find this Adola is.
Adola looking very relaxed again now that he's alone
Weird...reminds me of Abera, where is he now though.
Kipchoge is definitely closing it down again!

+1
Adola for the win.
Kipchoge still in striking distance
WR pace at 40k is 1:56:33!!
Let's see what the split is.
At this point it seems like they're both absolutely fried and this gap might not change at all here. Adola seems to have enough energy to surge and recover. Kipchoge has the sense to not give too much at once. This race could go any way. Wow..worth staying up for!
Kipchoge has come back
BLUE LINE!
Kipchoge is going to have to sprint to win at this point.

Wow, Adola gives another brave effort. Is 'the machine' feeling doubt now this late in what has become, a race?
Less than 2 km! Adola almost broke him! No! 'the machine' is coming bacK!

Together again!
Adola about to be punished?
Kipchoge takes a nother bottle, whereas Adola passes on it
Kipchoge making a move

It is over, my friend...good job.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
