3' standing rest is a bit long to predict without context. Ans you look like you struggled in rep no. 4 & 5. But you might be close to your goal as you seem to have good closing speed.
Actualy I have a tactic to start a bit slower than the goal pace and in from half give it all at the track.
This is a speed workout for 3k, far from a pace workout that could be 3-4x1200 or even a 2000+1000+600. BTW you seem able to reach your goal, or at least you have the quality to do it
if you did it off 1 min rest not 3
Well I ran 10x600 @1:54 with 200 jog in between and ran 9:21 for 2 miles. Hard to gauge with your excessive rest but if you ran those same times with a 200 jog I'd say you should be able to break 10 for 3k
