Navy: #1 in the league, #1 in our hearts
Word is BU is getting a couple 5th years guys back for cross (Russo and Burdett) which makes them by far the deepest returning team in the league. 24:58, 25:31 PBs respectively (via TFRRS).
If they can get another impact freshman or two like they have the last few years, they'll be hard to beat (as long as they stay healthy)
doesnt the patriot league have a rule against redshirting? or were these medical redshirts?
Sean Graham taking over at American. Two former SEC distance coaches now in Patriot League with him and Spangler.

This is patently false. Coach Graham has been great throughout this transition process. Don't slander people while anonymous.

They are all career-focused at this point. Unfortunate for the running community, but good to see that they're pursuing another dream. I believe Garcia is a social worker, McGowan is studying to become a speech pathologist, and Dugan is working for a hedge fund.
So what youre telling us is that you run for Colgate
Bucknell... more like F*cknell
Who's excited for there to actually be some race results to look at this weekend???
Murray is literally a social worker.
Can somebody explain to me what the rationale is for running Paul Short on a Friday? This has got to be the most moronic scheduling ever. Even for a school like Lehigh.
I think the rationale used to be that on years when they have a home football game that Saturday they have to run the meet on a Friday. If they had them on the same day there would be too much traffic/spectators.However this year they don't have a home football game going on so...idk. It does seem moronic.

Looks like Lehigh women are the favorites to win the Patriot League. Wasn't expecting them to look so good this year.
