My 100m time is not consistent.... I ran a 12.06 (No wind) at this one meet, now i'm running 12.30 to 12.20.
Does gatorade affect your time?
I feel like I might be drinking a lot hours before my race maybe thats the reason why? I always have to go pee like every 20 minutes, maybe I am consuming to much fluids... I don't feel full before my races.
