What workouts do you think indicate someone is ready for a sub 2 800?
4x400 on 4min rest in 60
810m time trial in 2:05
Or you could spice it up Italian-style and go 1k in 3:00 flat.
1x800m @ 1:59.9 pace
A good workout I believe to test your sub-2 ability is 8x200m in 30 with 45sec rest
Any good predictor using 300 or 500s?
One of my main workouts is 3 5 3 at @60 3 min rest.
