For example if you were 50 you ran 100 or miles over a week of traing?
I wonder who is the oldest person who has done this feat?

Twenty. That was the last year I could run.
Unless you count walking races. Then, I guess, 32.
This week I did 3x my age in mileage.
I am 25
Around 40 (I don't have detailed logs from that far back to check). At age 58 I feel that running 1x my age in miles per week is enough.

Have you ever been outkicked by a female Kenyan, then banged your fist on the table and said you would train your brains out to pound her into the ground next year?
59, a few months ago, with a 120 mile week. But that also included a100 miler on the weekend. BTW, it's all like training to me, just plod along to the next one.
Never. Started running at age 34 and have never run more than 100km (62 miles) in a week. I have always wanted to run a 100 mile week just to say I've done it, so maybe this fall I will do it. Very slow doubles for a week straight.
Never.
i did 180 mpw once when i was 18, so 10x
