I just started running again and I'm running 15 mins a day 5 days a week with a 1 hour pool-run afterwards and a 1hr 30 min pool run on the 6th day w/no run. Do you think I'm doing to much right now???
note: I've been doing lots of pool-runs before this to stay in shape but my plan is to slowly wean myself off pool-running by adding minuets to my run and decreasing the minuets in the pool. I plan on ditching the pool runs by the time i get to 30 min a day.
