Hey was hoping for a 5k prediction based on a few workouts.
20y/o guy running around 80 miles/week. PR of 16:17 last spring, but I ran a fun run that was supposed to be 5K in 15:44 in November, but I'm not entirely sure it was a full length course.
Workout 1: 5 x mile w/ 90s rest in 5:25, 5:24, 5:22, 5:20, 5:17
Felt fairly easy and controlled, like I could've gone around 5:20 or faster for all.
Workout 2: 6 x 1200 w/ 60s rest (2 mins between reps 3 and 4) all between 3:55 and 3:58.
Again felt fairly easy; Haven't really done any workouts that I felt were super challenging in a while.
What do you think my 5K is at right now?
