Alright, I have nearly concluded my first season of running(winter track) as a sophomore in HS. I have set PR's in the 800m and 1600m being 2:26 and 5:31 respectively. However, I struggle with mental strength and pushing myself to my limit during races. I have dabbled with 20mpw sometimes more sometimes less. I ran some 5k's during this time as well, with my PR being 20:34, which i think is alot slower than my other times. What times could I expect in spring track and cc if i run around 40mpw over the summer? I am going to be running the 800, 1600m and 3200m (probably high 11's).
