How many mpw should i run to break 20 min in a 5k?
Currently running 25-30mpw (base building) and going to increase it to 35-40mpw for the next 4-6 weeks.
Just running easy miles but hammering the last mile or so. This month i will add some interval training.
Recentlish prs are 21min 5k running 15ish mpw, although i started a bit slow in this.
Next 5k race is mid march. Do you think i can break 20? What do you recommend?

Also, was planning to run a 3k time trial to see what shape im in right now, should run a bit less than 12 min right? something like 11:50 or so. TT by myself obviously
