Why does everyone want to throw money at the problem versus simply getting down & doing the work. New shoes. Garmin watch. Latest wicking shirts. Etc. Just run!
Getting used to running fast in the shoes you'll be racing in. Nothing to do with anything else.
Your body has to learn the mechanics for the lighter shoe.
