6-7 miles per day is not going to burn that many calories. At your age, you should be eating like a horse, getting plenty of sleep, and not worrying about your weight (that would apply only to those grossly overweight).

What if your BMI is lower than 17?

A few recommendations:
- get your blood iron tested. Google the Hunter's talking about it, as there are specific tests. Running sucks the iron out of your blood.
- if your parents insurance covers it, go see an MD who specializes in athletics, hopefully teenage athletics. There's a lot going on at your age, and who knows where you are in your growth phase and your caloric intake and your running regimen. It's important to see a Dr who knows from athletes.
