I am a male, 15 years old, 5'9", typically around 122-125lbs. I recently endured a bad ankle sprain that has forced me to not run and only cross train for the past five days, in that time period my weight has went from 123lbs to 127lbs. This makes me wonder if maybe I'm a bit underweight in comparison to other 15 year old guys my height, it also makes me wonder how thin running actually makes you. I haven't changed anything in my diet and I typically run 6-7 miles a day. Thoughts?
