I started running for the first time two months ago. I was at first only able to run 3k worhout stopping. Recently though I ran a 6k in 23:22. Is that good and how much room do i have to improve by my senior year of high school. Im a sophomore right now. Thanks and share your own improcements as well

That's 20:00 5K pace but for 6K, and equivalent to around a 19:17 5K. That's quite decent for just a few months training.
Your room for improvement by your senior year of high school is approximately 2 years. It's impossible to say how your race times will improve by then, but two years of consistent and intelligent training will certainly have you running faster than you are now.
