I haven't raced in over 8 months but have been consistently logging 25-33 mile weeks for past 4-5 months with long runs up to 11 and workouts consisting of hill repeats once weekly. Most everything else has been slow aerobic with an occasional tempo. I ran a track time trial for a mile all out this AM- 6:59 followed by 5 miles easy. I have a 8 K in 2 weeks, half marathon in 7 weeks. What times am on pace to run?( 50 years old)
