Your 'statistics' are pulled from your arse. Where have you got 1% of men from? Far less than that make it to be a green beret I'm sure. Where have you got your 'facts' about Caster or Rhonda from?
I'm willing to bet good money that the top 1% of men in the world can't run anywhere near 1:55 or whatever Caster could do. In fact, it is rather easy to calculate for the UK, with our great statistical data available.
For an idea, in the UK in 2011 there was about 10 million males between the ages of 15 and 40.
1% of that is 100,000. You see where this is going.
The national athletic rankings in the UK register all performances by any British male. In 2011 they only showed performances up to 2:04. Last on the list was number 1259. Only 320 men broke 1:56. It's just science.
If a woman passes all the same tests that the men have to do, then why should she not be allowed to be a green beret? She knows the risks.
