2 misses now
Ok, so I am also upset at the CAS ruling and its effect on the sport, but NO, you cannot determine someone's chromosomes from looking at her. Jesus, just, no.
What you mean is, Ludlow is a hot white chick I am attracted to, so she must be a woman. Pretty shallow, bro.
Steeplechase up now, the pacemakers supposed to go very fast through 2000m, near WR pace. Will Kipruto finally get under 8:00?
I don't see Grace ever running 1:57 and Williams will get there until 2018. USA is sending B squad. Too bad.
Was it just me, or did Wambui run inside of her lane before the break? I haven't seen a replay, but the angle I saw live, it looked like she was on the line then well into the lane to her inside, maybe 50m into the race.
Also, why were they putting some of the faster runners (going by season's best times) in shared lanes in both 800s? Surely it makes the most sense to give the fastest runners a lane of their own in a big field like that.
Kitilit and Kipketer in the men's 800 and Wambui in the women's all had shared lanes.

Err, no. Just the truth (bro). XX versus XY. Clear as day.
p.s. You must be racist to always want to bring race in to everything, or an obsessed SJW? I'd say the first woman in that race was Sum. Not as attractive as Ludlow (it is true, most men and women would say), but then Dibaba is even hotter than both on a good day. BUT, hotness is not the issue. Chromosomes are.
where's jager? in flotracks "pre-race day video" or whatever it was called, he was there. only bayer running though. whats up with that?

They could go far faster if they wish, but they don't want it to look like too much of a joke. Too much money in it for them. They just take off in the final straight to win the $$.
But here is where we need to get all three guys in more races. The $ is big in DL. Eventually, the other two will want to try to beat Semenya for 1st place $. If the three of them actually threw down and race each other, we'd have our CAS fight.
What is up with the announcers? 2:40 is fine for 1k in a steeple. It's better not to go out too fast. They rip them if they go out fast or slow.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sum has a history of doping. She trains with Jepkosgie and she has been implacated in the past. Fellow Kenyan runner spoke up about her and was hushed up.
no comments on vans 400? that was one super relaxed and smooth 44.12, again a predict he runs super close or gets the WR at the olympics!
8:17 for Bayer. Good time for him.

Yes, it is depressing. Particularly given all the recent controversy with the Kenyans (and their almost complete lack of testing).
My (educated, probably correct) guess is that Ludlow was the first, clean female in that race. Another hard-working, fantastically talented elite female athlete, who is/has been cheated out of the rewards she deserves, due to dopers and XY men. Such a huge shame.
Birech not selected - wtf?!
Disappointing meet so far, and what is up with the pacemakers? They have been doing a terrible job, not going the pace asked. going to fast or slow, and not pacing even.
Sorry but this meet was poor - DL needs to change its format. Shite!

pretty good result for Molly Ludlow. I think she would have made the team if there hadn't been that fall.
Brenda got all of the sympathy but I think Ludlow paid the biggest price because she really didn't run a bad tactical race and someone hit her.
Brenda's positioning was more at fault with her own destiny.
how did the guys look? wrote:

We can always hope they go and do something that stupid. What do you think would inspire a CAS fight? Under 1:50? Suspect their managers are too smart to allow them to do that though. They're winning too much now. If they get sent back to the male club ranks as they should be, they'll be dead poor, and won't be making any money at all.

Good time. That is a PR Right?
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
