Monaco is known for having super fast times, and the fact that both Wambui and Niyonsaba will be in the race as well. How fast will she win?
I'll say at least a 1:55.

1:49.57
WR
I would say 1:52(WR)! But my gust say 1:54:xx. It is the first time the real Semenya will face real hard test with real Wambui and real Niyonsaba. Niyonsaba and Semenya have raced each other this season but it is the first time Wambui is getting in the mix and she promised to beat Semenya decisively immediately after running 1:58 at altitude at the Kenyan trials. Expect a 55 second 400m split, no kidding!

the she-males will collectively stop right before the line if they are on world record pace so as not to draw excessive attention

Nope. Not when all the three are racing each other. They will not even realize it until after the finish line. They will just be focusing on better each other. I hope they hit 1:52 so that we can use that as an exhibit to petition IAAF and IOC for a creation of a special category at the Olympics for the trio and separate from the women race or overturn ruling by CAS.
It's championship racing so the pace will be slower than people think. 1:57 or 1:58.

No it's not. It's a paced race at a meet that is notorious for fast times.
Is Niyonsaba even intersex?
Yeah but it's better for lower-cadence events like 1500 or 5000. 800 is long sprint and you need to maintain a bit higher cadence, which you can't do if you are bouncing higher than usual, because you have to wait for gravity to pull you back down.

Amel Tuka ran 1:42 out of nowhere last year at Monaco.
1:56.xx classic sit'n'kik
1.54.5 with a 55 high first lap.

And Niyonsaba will hit 1:26 or even 1:25 high at 600m trying to pull away from Semenya and Wambui. With 80 or 70m to go, Semenya and Wambui will power past a "dying" Niyonsaba. It will be epic!
Semenya's time will be... 0.49 seconds faster than the woman in 2nd place. I seriously don't think her coach will let her run all out. She'll run just hard enough to win.
He will be crossing 1:55.xx with a visible bulge there and a huge smile.

The true spirit of competition...
1:47
9" long
Oh, wait, you said time. 1:54
One of these meets Homie will forget to jog the first lap and drop a 1:48.
