Simpson and Blankenship are a few classes above what Ben is capable of so it makes sense for them to stay ahead of traffic. The point of going to the front is to drive a pace/avoid traffic and in this case Ben's inability to control his motor functions at the end of this race caused others to miss out on the very opportunity that was slipping through his hands. I understand as well as you all that it is difficult to control yourself at the end of a hard race but it is deplorable to use that as an excuse for impeding others.
Reread the thread. The poster I replied to said 5-6 runners just on Thursday led, & failed due to leading. I proved him wrong easily, & your focused on the one failed attempt. I could mention all the runners off the leaders who didn't advance.
