2. How can a 7th grade girl run 16:44 for 5k and 10:28 for 2-mile?!?

3. How can she run both those fast times in the same meet?!?

4. Why would any coach allow a 12-year old girl to run all-out for a 2-mile and a 5k in the same meet?

Looks like that 5k took something out of her. Did she cry after that spanking? Really a 12 year old.

The first time I've seen a result with "'21" as the graduation year. She's getting closer to Hasay's 9:35 3K AG mark, and still has a year to do so.

Kids way younger than her have run have run marathons, which is a bit silly, but only a helicopter parented would be micro agressesd by a 12yo running 2 races in two days.

She qualified for an lpga tournament.

When she was a rookie in 2009, she earned 20 million dollars in winnings and endorsements.

She has 3 state titles before age 13. She might have had more but was ineligible as a 6th grader.

Video from the middle of last year's state cross country race. It's like something out of Prefontaine. She runs past and you have to wait about 10 seconds before another runner comes into view.

Most states dont allow junior high runners into high school races period. Would like to know why she was allowed into new balance, the entry requirements clearly says 9-12 graders only. Dont think it is fair to the competitors.

Eligibility

Full-time students in grades 9-12 who are eligible for their high school team (and/or any high school athlete) born SEPTEMBER 1, 1996 or later, and who have met the entry guidelines, are eligible to compete. In addition, home-schooled athletes who meet the age and entry requirements are eligible to compete. Specifically not eligible are athletes who have graduated from high school or those in their 5th or later year from the start of ninth grade.

Your dad was a lousy running coach, otherwise you might have set some single age world records.
