If I have cheese with my grass-fed beef burger, am I not getting the full benefits of the iron? Will I still get some benefits?

Since you're going to H E Double Hockey sticks anyway, you should mix in some bacon on that cheeseburger, with a side of rabbit stew and a shrimp cocktail.
Double down, meshugah.
Is the cheese from grass fed cows?
Throw away the whole wheat sesame seed bun (phytates) and replace with collard greens (vit. C) and raw milk cheese.
Lets take your question to another level...(I,e, Hijack). I order a sandwich at a fast food place and I tell them to 'Hold the Mayo and Onion' but add extra pickle. They charge for the extra pickle but don't give me credit for the mayo and onion. It's only a quarter but WTF?
Will you Cut the Cheese first?????

Sure. You'll get your full benefits. Always. Just vote for me.
