I've never ran an indoor 800m before, but I will in three months. What are some things I should know. My goal is to hit 2:20 indoors. My outdoor PR is 2:25.

Why would your time go slower? Indoor is primarily suppose to prepare yourself for outdoor... Lol, outdoor is a lot easier too. Are you a troll?
