I wish JAKIR hadn't retired from LRC. I'd like to hear his take on this.

Me too.
Jama Aden is a great coach and has a great environment for training as well.

You admitted you did NOT pay attention in college. You haven't been paying attention to much of anything, it seems. Yes, Aden might be a great coach. He might have a great training environment. That environment might include using drugs which you ignorantly believe have no benefit. Go back to school and this time, pay attention.

THIS ^
Driouch was manipulated under coach Aden into taking vitamins, which were ultimately responsible for his conviction. He did not take anything willingly, as he is a God fearing muslim and claims he would never cheat as that is against the tenets of Islam and Allah.
Driouch is a from Morocco and has great talent. He proved that when he was 14 years old and then when he was recruited by Qatar when he turned 17. He never willingly took anything which would have contravened the rules of IAAF and was simply manipulated by different coaches, under Aden, but not necessarily Aden himself, into taking vitamins which would aid his recovery.
The result of this fiasco now, is that Driouch has been banned and his name tarnished, which is a shame, because most of us who have followed his career know that he would not cheat. A further result of all of this is that Driouch has severed his links with Aden and now is self coached. He claims that he has no trust in coaches or people at the head of athletics any more and prefers to do things on his own from now on.
Insh Allah, Driouch will prove to everyone that he can reach the very highest levels soon, as he is recently running again after his enforced ban.
On a last point - when Farah and Driouch were seen training together in Ethiopia last year, Driouch correctly pointed out that he had not known that he had received a doping charge. He thought everything was normal. Had he known what we know now, he would never have put Farah and others in jeopardy through guilt by associaltion concept.

Cheating is pure Sunnah, and would have been approved of by Mohammed. Deceive the dumb Kafirs by making it look like you have superior talent. All for the glory of Allah.

This. Spare us the whole against their religion junk. He's a man, and is tempted just like any other man. This time, instead of women or booze, it was the desire to do anything needed to get to the next level. He just happened to get caught. If you look at his twitter or facebook exchanges, he was completely unrepentant of his drug use, and just doesn't come off as a very nice person.
