I'm am a 17 year old male and I'm looking for comments on my 800m. Before I share I would like to add that I ran freshman track and had a 60 second 400m. Then my sophomore and junior years I suffered two torn acls and one torn medisl meniscus which has keep me from running for a consecutive 2 years. I recently have been becoming more active. My question is do you think its possible to take my 800m time from a 2:30 to around a 2:10 within 24 weeks following Daniels running formula?
