Going into my senior year with less motivation than usual after a stress fracture my junior xc season. I've been hitting my mileage goals without pain but have not been near as diligent with cross training and such as last summer.
I want to know what I should ultimately be doing in the next 4-5 weeks of summer training besides my daily run to supplement my training. I really just want to be efficient and not waste time doing more aerobic activity if it's not totally necessary.
What should my week look like beyond running daily?
