Had some time by myself at home and stumbled upon the notes my parents made for their marriage counselor. Lots of sh*t was in there that I just can't get out. Do I tell them I read it? Act any differently?

How specific was it? Were their explosive things in there that you didn't know about like extra-marital affairs?
Any pics or sex tapes in there as well? If divorce is a'comin anyway, you might as well post that stuff
Your parents aren't perfect. No one is. That's OK. Don't tell them about it. And don't read more.
I found testimony for the divorce custody trial. Not good stuff.
Don't read it. No good will come of it and it's none of your business anyways.
Been married for 25 years. Has not always been easy, but we have worked to make it something special. There is not a married couple anywhere that couldn't see a counselor at some point in their relationship. Some times its just hard to find a common ground, and an impartial person can often help. I have always thought that intelligent couples who are trying to make something work will see a counselor if they need to. Stop reading their private notes since you have no idea what context it is in. Good luck.
That's Great!

I did. They were in a dark locked room and when I got the door open I fell over a box containing them.

Hilarious!
This is why I read LRC message board, because the trolls are freaking hilarious. Who would have thought LRC would be a place to get a good laugh.
