Old guys hate gays.
And Jews.
Just wait for the next "generation" to come along and start bashing them. You'll look better by comparison.
At least that's what the last few generations have done.
Every other American generation is good.
Silent Generation - Best in last 100 years
Baby Boomers - Worst in last 100 years
Gen X - Pretty good, mostly under the radar of criticism
Millennials - Pretty bad
Really, though, it's only white Millennials that are bad. Asian Millennials are killing it, so much that the Ivys are trying to hold them back with no reasonable explanation.
Gen X is lame.

Every other generation is good, but Baby Boomers are the worst? That makes a lot of sense.
Generation X wanted to be friends with their kids instead of disciplining them. They called teachers and sided with their kid when things weren't going well in school. They bought them video games and put them in front of the TV instead of parenting. I'm not saying that Millennials are innocent, but they didn't just pop out that way.

Every other - meaning every alternating generation was good. Maybe you misinterpreted that. Good, bad, good, bad, etc.

Got it. A little ambiguous, but I see what you intended now.
To the OP-
Main Complaint- Stop bitching about your student loans. If you don't like them, go to your community college and take a welding or a paralegal class. Desk jobs that pay $80k plus a yr are not a right. They never were. Ever. Be glad you have the opportunity to invest in your education if you choose to.
My Generation Timeline by Birth Year
1915-1930- Greatest Generation - Grew up during the Depression, most men either served in Army during WWII/ Korea or had a close relative who did. Witnessed America go from Dust Bowl and Model T to TV Dinners and the Corvette.
Ted Williams, Paul Newman, Marilyn Monroe
1930-1945- Beatnicks and Greasers. Tough, streetwise, and artistic.
James Dean, Pete Rose, Jimi Hendrix,
1945-1960- Baby Boomers. Know them. Love them. Fear them. There are a lot of them and they are not letting go of anything (healthcare, pensions, power, their own mythology) without a fight. Could use the pill and penicillin would still knock back the clap in their prime. What a life. Unless you got shipped to Nam. Nam sucked.
Stevie Nicks, Jim Ryun, John Fogerty, Steve Prefontaine.
1960-1975 Generation X- First Generation in 30 yrs to avoid military draft. This freedom and resulting lack of motivation formerly needed to avoid getting machine gunned to death led to unintended consequences varying from disco, yuppies, Lollapalooza, and Master Degrees in Fine Arts. Also gave us AIDS, Herpes, and HPV. Thanks a lot-
Dennis Rodman, Carl Lewis, Kurt Cobain, Jennifer Aniston
1975-1985- Gen-Y- Largely just the tail end of Gen X, but we (I'm a member) aren't as mopey as Gen-Xers, and unlike millenials, at least acknowledge that there was a time before Instagram. Still prone to milder Gen X and Millenial faults. A very small number of us (not me) volunteered to protect our country and wound up bearing the brunt of mismanaged goat rodeo wars in shitholes countries that hated us for showing up and now blame us for leaving.
Jack White, Jack Johnson, Tom Brady, Pat Tillman, Dwayne Wade, Natalie Portman, Minka Kelly
1985-2000 Graduated highschool after 9/11. The internet, cell phones, reality tv, 4 yr old travel soccer teams, and Tinder are simply necessary parts of life. Strange combination of clingy need for social approval coupled with illogical sense of individuality/uniqueness.
Bryce Harper, Galen Rupp, Jeremy Lin, Taylor Swift
Like all generations before them, many, many hardworking talented individuals will emerge from the Millenials and achieve great things. The question is, will the rest of the pampered, delusional, and self-righteous herd drag them down?

Baby boomers have always been depicted as 1946-1964. Where did you get those baby boomer dates from?

And Gen Y apparently combine these two traits.
Just completely steer clear of all liberal ideology and you'll be fine.

Millennials are the product of liberal ideology. You can't deny your creator.
