Ok so this afternoon I went out for my longest run of the yr thus far. I ran 15 miles @7:14 pace... Longest run in 6months.. My last mile was a 7:16, I may have been able to hold pace for another couple miles not sure.. Still not bad for my first long run, coming off an injury, and I have only been running 20-40mpw during the winter months.. When i'm in full marathon mode i'm gonna shoot for 55-60...
My goal is quite simple.. I'm aiming for a sub 3:10 marathon in Oct.. Do I have what it takes? Is that enough time? What do i need to do?
