Ok so my goal this year is to break a 2mins 800 but I'm not sure if I'm on track my pea from last year are
800 2:06 in the open but in the really I have gotten 2:02

1600 4:53 I don't really run te mile but that's the best I've gottin at practice when we have don't mile repeats.
3mile Xc 16:30.
We'll I'm just coming of my indoor season and my times aren't looking so good my best this so far was a 2:07 but my times went up and I've been running 2:10-2:12 idk if maybe I'm just not trying hard enough or what. My coach thinks I might have over trained since I've been lifting about 5-6x a week and just running hard as well as I need more rest. So please tell me what you think, my coach also thinks that maybe I'm not eating enough but I'm not sure I'm kind of worries cause I think something might be up and cause I feel like I'm not on track for my goal.
So please tell me what you think, do you think I'm on track? Or I can get back on track? Do you think I can achieve my goal? Can I come close? Do I just need more rest? Do you think I might have overtrained since my times dropped?
