I started running regularly in 2006, and ran pretty consistently for about five years and building up to 90+km per week, until in 2011 I suffered two stress fractures within a year, then started a new job with a schedule that didn't allow me to train with the club I'd been with. So, for just over three years I probably averaged 15km per week, all of it slow and steady.
Wondering if people have opinions about how long it might take to get back to form? What are other people's experiences coming back after years off?
