At some point I'd like to break 4:00 in the mile, because it's still a high standard and only a few hundred? people have achieved it.
What's your goal?

What's your goal?
Finish next to pace cart/car
Run a sub 60 quarter to finish a race
Go to the olympics and win a medal for the 5k or mile.
run a marathon under 2:37 ( 6 minute pace)
Retire??? What's up with that?
My goal is to have no goals.

Sub8:40 3k steeple
Run a sub-4:00 'thon after the age of 50.
run sub 2:45 in the marathon. Although if I do hit that goal, I certainly wouldn't just retire right after that. I'd set myself a new goal that'd be faster. And what is this whole "retire" thing about anyway. If it's not a profession, why would anyone just up and quit their hobby?
1:59 800m
Run a mile at age 101 years.
Sub 4:00 1500
Go on a date with Brianna Rollins.
sub 4 in the mile. 9.1 seconds to go..
Sub 35 10k and sub 3 for holme moss (an obscure uk mountain race).
To run the 150th Boston faster than I ran the 100th.

Cool goal. What's the time to beat?
More than 1:
Sub 15 5k
Sub 1:10 Half
Qualify for Boston (so when I'm 80 I can just answer "yes" & don't have to explain to the grandkids why I didn't).
Before I retire? More like before I get older and cannot run a 5k like I used to.
