I recently reread The Updated Training Wisdom of John Kellogg, after finishing The Science of Running by Steve Magness.One thing I found odd, is the difference in recovery.Magness talks about full recovery between each rep, while John Kellogg wrote
That's one minute between reps, 5-7 minutes b/t sets.
Is there any reason to not take full recovery b/t reps, i.e. only full rec b/t sets?
