Thought he was going to whip it out, thank God he didn't :)
joggernut what you said doesnt even make sense...
Because as you can clearly see im hotter than any sprinter or distance runner on the planet..
Therefore i am the hottest human on earth and the hottest human to have ever existed in this little world called " earth"
Period.

Then how come he hasn't ever beaten Bolt? :)
This video is clearly photo-shopped. No man alive is that hot, even with the use of steroids. If any man actually did look like this, I would stop having sex with my sorority sisters and instead chose to be with such a man. Sadly, as I run cross country, I've never seen such a man and I doubt very much that he actually exists. Just on fake video's like this one.

Have you researched the hotness of every sprinter or distance runner who has ever existed?
I know you already checked out all the weights versus times over 400m.
But what about the non-runners? How do you stack up to them?
If you were paying attention you would see the point.
I used to run cross country in college in 1999.. My best 5 mile time was 30:23....
But was i hot? No i wasnt.. i was 183lbs..
The last time i did any type of distance work was in 2004..
THerefore ever since 2004 i have become extremely hot and extremely powerful all naturally by only running sprints.
And over the past 3 years i have got even smarter and decided to not run anything over 400 meters in any race or training run..
Because i used to do 600 and 500 meter runs to train for the 400 but i just realized i was prohibiting the protein synthesis within my muscle fibers in my legs and arms too much and losing too much power, strength, muscle, and hotness.. Therefore ever since then i decided to only do my extremely powerful and effective 4 by 200 meter dash workout..
The workout is 200 (race pace for 400)
2:30mins rest
200
5:00 mins rest
200
2:30 mins rest
200
done exactly 4 days leading up to a 400 meter race...
This is the most effective 400 workout in existence if its run all out.
Notice how its not 300 repeats? 300 repeats involve too much speed endurance and not enough speed, and 150 repeats involve too much speed but not enough speed endurance.. the 200 is the fine balance between both of them.
Also IT HAS TO BE DONE EXACTLY 4 DAYS BEFORE A 400 RACE OR IT WILL NOT WORK.
Also notice how theres only 4 of them? Thats because each one of them are suppose to be fast.. not slow.. Doing anything more than 4 will just wear you out..
It has to be 4... not 3.. not 5..
The total distance in this workout is 800 meters.. Exactly twice the distance of a 400 meter dash..
The key to this workout is to get comfortable at running at race pace and this workout was designed by me in 1999..
Therefore seeing that i run this workout at my extremely heavy body weights looks like it works because i can still cover a quarter mile in 53 seconds at 6'0 and 214lbs. And the whole time im running it i look hot.
Thats the key... To look hot in everything that i do... Might have to bring a mirror to the track so i can pose a bit before racing next time.. should be fun.
Its Not 3 days and not 5 days... Through extensive research i found out that 4 days was the most effective rest period..
And I do nothing leading up to the race.. I sit in a chair all day and relax and stretch here and there..
No jogging,, no what people like to call " active" recovery..
Active recovery doesnt exist because in the process your still working out slightly...
I sit and eat whey for those 4 days and then race..
The point of it is that i know what works and i am living proof of that because of how hot i have become naturally.
Do you not see the video? Do you see how hot i am? That basically ends all discussion of whether what i do works or not.. Because what i do is 100 percent effective..
Wow just goes to show how smart im becoming.

Thanks for the clarification.
I can't wait to follow this plan and become hot....
And it's so easy too.....
We should probably give this guy an award for how he is helping us all become faster, hotter, smatter, stronger, and more natural....
Interesting

And most people dont know how to rest.. I know exactly what sequence of events to do at both the track and the gym to maintain power, speed, hotness and on a side note all of my workouts are short and intense.
Just goes to show that i know exactly what im talking aboput.
I am now twice as strong as 2004 ,, here i am at 34 years old looking twice as hot than i did at 24 all naturally.. Just goes to show how extremely powerful im becoming.
What is your diet like? How many meals do you eat a day and what foods do you eat at which? What do daily meals look like when you are recovering versus your workout days? Diet is pretty important in looking beautiful "naturally" as you say.

INCREDIBLE. How do you guys come across this stuff? Hahaha.
Track200meters1,
What do you do for work?
Can we see pics of your girlfriend?
What do you do for a living?
He is probably a model or a doorman. I think the video is photoshopped. Unbelievably hot and I'm a straight male.
I really like strong shoulders, I'm starting a calisthenics program before I hit the weights. I want to become hot and strong, then I will post my pics online.

i run the hardest event on earth at the heaviest body weight..
so you run the 400m at 1231 pounds? (because the previous heaviest person was 1230 pounds)
Thanks for the workout, tips.
So how many days before the race should I do the workout? Would it be ok to do it the day before? Can the race be a marathon?
Also, what if I wanted to do 8X200 instead, would that be ok?
Can I warm up with an easy 5 mile jog?
Bro stop acting like a 53 is fast. It is not...
that is an average of 26.5 per 200m which is slow and shows you don't have power...
I run the 4/8/16 and I can run 54s in a 4x400m workout right after hitting the gym and I dont do you WEAK little rest schedule...
KIDS you need to work hard and pump iron if you want to be good, not some delusional sucky 400m runner...
Aren't you the guy that a while back claimed you ran a "weight-adjusted world record" for the 400m at a laughable 53 seconds?
Why do you keep coming back? Do you get some sick pleasure from being trash talked by anonymous posters?
