Got really sick Tuesday (puking,fever, lightheadedness, headache, sore stomach). As far as symptoms went, it was pretty much gone in 24 hours, but my running's since taken a hit (side note, I ran a half marathon Sunday, but usually recover fairly quickly from races).
My two attempted runs have since been awful. Almost a minute slower per mile than normal easy run pace and feeling like I'm rigging. Is it normal to struggle like this after a virus, despite feeling okay? I've been at work and fully functional. And does it mean I should take some more time off?
