I've had a good block of about 5 months of solid training and am stepping up from 5k to make my half marathon debut on Sunday.
PR of 15:45 for 5k
Been at about 70-80 miles a week, majority in singles. 15 mile long run and 2 track workouts. Run a moderate 10 miles on the Monday at around 75% of max HR this works out to be around 6:00 pace. Any ideas what I should be shooting for in a half?
