I'm spending a lot of time watching football, so I was thinking that doing some leg workouts would be better than sitting on the sofa. I have an upper body routine, so I don't need suggestions for upper body.
Here's the equipment I have:
- Dumbbells: 10, 15, 20, 25 lbs
- Total Gym: It's a reclining bench with pulleys, not very useful for lower body... great for upper body workouts.
I might be able to convince the wife to keep a barbell in the room, too, but it's already pretty crowded with the Total Gym.
Please recommend number of sets and number of reps as well as the exercise.
