If you have good grades and write a good application essay, any college should take you regardless of how fast you can run around the track.
I know, I meant college track teams. Sorry if I wasn't clear.

Track/XC are one of the few college sports where grades actually come into the decision for the school you are trying to enter.
If you are a 15:20, with a 3.7 GPA, you'd have a better chance (given it's a decent school) than a 14:45 with 2:80 GPA.
Non-revenue sports, like track/xc will take the better student almost every time.
What kind? Colleges that teach you.
Coastal Carolina would take those times.
