I signed up for color run this year in Richmond VA on Sep 13th. I understand that most serious runners think this kinda race as a JOKE, but it's my first 5K race haha. I'm excited and I hope I won't get so COLORFUL after so, Any tips for color run?

I think you are a troll. No real person would come on this forum posting about color 5k's and KNOW that serious runners will view it as a JOKE. One might come on here thinking it's like runnersworld, and be unabashedly excited, but not knowing how people on here really are. If you aren't a troll, just run and have fun
Yeah, don't go... don't humiliate yourself.
