UNCA does not have the second or third highest academic standards of a NC Public School.
Lord helps us.
You are saying the UNCA is better than UNC-Chapel Hill and NC State? Please not even close.
UNC-Wilmington and App State are both ranked higher academically than UNCA.
UNC-A is probably even behind UNC-Charlotte.
But at least they are in the top six or seven.
When you look at the incoming freshman standards for public colleges every year, Chapel Hill is number one in the state and UNC-Asheville and NC State go back and forth. What most people don't understand is that Asheville is the public liberal arts university for the state, so it has small class sizes and higher academic standards to become accepted.
If Asheville has poor academics, why would Chapel Hill have its pharmacy school on campus and why would NC State have its engineering school on campus?
