Molly has a fraternal twin sister (and two older sisters). She is the only competitive runner in her family besides her dad, who ran for Notre Dame and still runs.
Do any other top elites have twins?

I'm not as aware of any right now, but there used to be many. There was one year when the top three in the NCAA women's 10,000 all had identical twins that were top runners (the Prices, O'Neills, and Quinns). And there was Brad and Brent Hauser. And a pair of very good marathoning women named Petersen from Long Island.
That was awhile ago.

Rupp's planning to shortly.
You likely meant to ask whether any top athletes have a twin sibling. How about Wejo; does he count?
Jorge
Eduardo
Eric and Mark Mastilar...Stanford?
The Borlee twins Jonathan and Kevin plus little Bro Dylan and big Sis Olivia come to mind. Dad Jacques was an Olympian with a 45.4 PR oh and Mom Edith was a 200m National Champion at 200m to ice the cake.
Shout out to the Brothers Dyce too.
There's a big difference between fraternal and identical twins (if you're talking genes).
Yes, there is. I remember an interview in which Molly talked about it back in her Notre Dame days. She spoke about how different she and her twin were
I think she's just hot.
Has anybody ever seen Mollys twin sister? I bet shes hot. Her older sister too.
Identicals only people.
It seems like all of the legends in the sport are identical twins:
Jore and Ed.
Brent and Brad.
Mo and Hassan Farah.
Wejo and Rojo.
I'm like Mo Farah's brother - way slower than my genetic equal. Everyone else was at least close.
On a serious note, I always thought maybe identical twins are skinny because it was one person that split in half to become two people. I know many are born premature. Being thin is key for distance running.
But what percent of the population is identical anyway?
I recall a Flotrack video of Molly with her family. Her sister was in it. Maybe you can track it down.

Your equality was manifested in atrocious writing ability.
Takashi and Shigeru Soh.
I once ran against the Mastalir twins in a distance relay race at West Valley College. I was surprised how big there were for middle distance runners.

3.5 per one thousand births or 0.35 percent.
Interesting thing is that this percentage is uniform in every population around the world, while the rate of fraternal twins shows wide variation (from around 6 per thousand to over 20 per thousand).
