Roesler has huge glutes. I certainly think she heavily involves them in her running of the 800 meters. Why don't other 800 meter types develop their glutes more? Do different athletes rely on different muscles, even within the same event? That is, do many 800 meter runners not rely on their glutes that much while some do? If 800 meter runners did rely more on their gluteus instead of other muscles, wouldn't that be to their advantage? After all, the glutes are among the biggest, most powerful muscles in the body. Underutilizing them seems a waste.
