If you just follow the trend you are on with your last year:
3:52, 4:19, 8:40, 14:55, 32:58
You are graduating from college, a lot will depend on your change in lifestyle (ie your job). It can potentially be a dramatic set back to go from being in college with no extended periods of sitting, free to eat meals when it makes sense, to sitting in front of a computer all day, being mentally exhausted, perhaps missing ideal meal times due to meetings, etc.
On the other hand, it could be a boon to go from late nights, drinking too much, chasing girls, eating ramen, stressed from school to instead going to bed on time, cutting back on drinking, settling down, eating well, and leaving your job behind you when you leave the office.
Try to do the second, and I would say reasonable but optimistic goals for year 2 post collegiate could be:
3:48, 4:07, 8:15, 14:10, 30:30
Or thereabouts. Much will depend on the change in lifestyle, whether it makes you faster or slower. Many have made the transition before you. Most get slower, some get much faster. I am assuming with your times you will be working full time, as opposed to getting a part time job just to allow you to run. You can definitely work full time and still train at a high level, but you have to be willing to commit the majority of your free time to training and refuse to allow your day job to beat you down.
